2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns when the product meets our return requirements.
To be eligible for a return:
- The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused and unworn.
- The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
- The product must not have been damaged, altered, or modified by the customer.
- Proof of purchase/order details may be required.
Because our products may contain natural Rudraksha and gemstones, slight variations in color, shape, size, texture, and appearance are natural and are not considered defects.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during delivery
- Defective
- Different from the product you ordered
- Missing from your order
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide your order number and clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging so that we can review the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.
4. Non-Returnable Products
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Products that have been worn or used
- Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling
- Customized or personalized products
- Products without their original packaging
- Products returned after the applicable return period
- Products showing signs of alteration or misuse

Please do not send a product back without receiving return instructions from ShriVasuRatna.
6. Refunds

If your refund is approved, the applicable refund amount will be processed through the original payment method or another available payment method.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
7. Return Shipping Charges
If the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product received from ShriVasuRatna, we may cover the applicable return shipping cost.
For returns due to a change of mind or other reasons not caused by ShriVasuRatna, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
8. Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we may offer an exchange subject to product availability.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may provide another appropriate resolution, such as a refund.

These natural variations are part of the character of the product and are not considered defects.
